Gold Coast based catering company, See You Next Thursday, have created the mid-morning treat of your dreams.
The 'waffie' is described as "a crunchy waffle lined with smooth chocolate filled with the good stuff; coffee!"
The waffie is available at pop-up operation Bruce the Food Truck.
It's yet to be seen if See You Next Thursday's creation has legs. We, at least, are more than keen to taste it.
