I am more than slightly anxious that we are featuring spring picnic ideas, encouraging you to head outside to cook spicy lamb cutlets with garlicky mushrooms on the barbecue and suggesting you cook asparagus for breakfast, lunch and dinner when it is still at ridiculously high new-season prices. But come on weather, we are 18 days into spring and we need to shake this cabin fever somehow.
