Hollywood actress Scarlett Johansson has admitted to having two HIV tests a year, but says she is not promiscuous.
The 21-year-old Lost in Translation star told US magazine Allure she takes the tests to be socially responsible.
"It's part of being a decent human, to be tested for STDs. It's just disgusting behaviour when people don't. It's so irresponsible."
However, the blonde beauty was quick to point out it was not a reflection of her sexual behaviour.
"Contrary to popular belief, I'm not promiscuous.
"There does seem to be a mistaken belief out there that I am sexually available somehow which is not to say that I'm not open-minded about sex," Johansson told Allure.
Johansson confirmed she is dating her Black Dahlia co-star Josh Hartnett, saying: "Josh is very sweet. He's a good boy. A great person. I'm very lucky and I'm very happy."
Recently voted the Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire magazine, Johansson said she thought basic human behaviour was determined by animalistic instinct, but that when she is in a relationship she remains faithful to it.
