By GRAHAM REID
The legendary Flatlanders (Joe Ely, Butch Hancock and Jimmie Dale Gilmore) broke up after one album but carved their names individually. Wheels of Fortune (New West/Elite) is their second "re-formation" album but is more in the nature of a song-swap as each dips into the others' bags and turns in distinctive and familiar, if sometimes slightly unadventurous, performances. One for the many faithful.
