KEY POINTS:
She's a little bit bogan and a little bit goth. She's also a little bit ladylike and underneath her signature layers of black, she's a little bit girlie, too.
"It is a bit of a mixture," admits Charlotte Morse, owner of Unity Collection boutique in Newmarket.
One of the constants in Morse's wardrobe is the colour black. She occasionally wears vivid shades like purple or fire-engine red. But her mainstay is black because after years in the fashion business - Morse started working at Unity part-time way back when she was a student and she liked it so much she bought into the business - "I'm more interested in the shape and the texture of something than the actual colour. Black's nice and graphic and I really like quite sculptural clothes."

A pair of vintage 80s shoes with lion heads on the toes bought in Sydney for $89.
