Serves 6
600g smoked fish
1 Tbs creamed horseradish
1/4 cup good quality mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbs lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 handfuls of watercress
1 Remove the skin and bones from the fish then break the fish into bite-sized pieces.
2 Whisk together the horseradish, mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, then season.
3 Toss the fish and the dressing together before plating on the watercress.
