Salt
4 oz tequila
2 oz Triple Sec
2 oz fresh lime juice
Crushed ice
SALMON
Pumpernickel bread, either store bought or homemade
600g hot smoked salmon or look for Alpine Salmon lime and tequila marinated salmon
125g creme fraiche
1. Salt the rim of each glass wetting the rim of each glass and sitting in a saucer of salt.
2. Blend the ingredients and pour into glasses.
3. Break up the salmon. Cut the pumpernickel into small squares. Top each piece with a small spoonful of creme fraiche and a piece of salmon.
