Serves 8
4 orange kumara, peeled and sliced
Juice and zest of 2 oranges
2 Tbs softened butter
2 Tbs manuka honey
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1. Preheat oven 200C. Toss kumara with butter, juice, zest, honey and seasoning.
2. Roast 30 minutes, gently turning once.
