Serves 4
150g Valrhona or other good quality dark chocolate
1/2 cup cream
2 cups full fat milk
1 cinnamon stick
tsp dried chilli
tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 Roughly chop the chocolate and put in a saucepan with the other ingredients and heat gently while stirring.
2 When the chocolate has melted, remove the cinnamon stick and pour into small cups.
