Serves 4
Butter for greasing
3 cups grapes, approximately, depending on size of baking dish
1 cup mascarpone
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
2 tsp finely grated orange zest
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
3/4 cup brown sugar
1. Grease a shallow baking dish and arrange the grapes to fit tightly. Preheat the grill.
2. Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt, zest and ginger and spoon over the grapes.
3. Scatter the sugar over the top and grill, while watching, until the sugar caramelises.
