1 cup roughly chopped toasted brazil nuts
2 cups peeled and chopped golden delicious apples
Glaze
juice of two lemons
2 tsp soft butter
3 Tbsp sifted icing sugar
1. Preheat oven 180C. Grease a 22cm cake tin. Cream butter, sugar
