Makes 24
1 Tbs rosemary, finely chopped
3 tsp cumin seeds
150g goat feta
120g butter, softened
½ tsp salt
170g plain flour
1 Put the rosemary into the bowl of a food processor. Lightly toast the cumin seeds in a hot pan for a minute then add to the rosemary.
2 Crumble the feta and add to the food processor with the remaining ingredients. Pulse until the ingredients have just combined.
3 Preheat the oven to 180C. Line or grease baking trays. Roll the dough on a floured board or bench. Cut into desired size using a cutter or glass. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
