Makes 24
1 Tbs rosemary, finely chopped
3 tsp cumin seeds
150g goat feta
120g butter, softened
½ tsp salt
170g plain flour
1 Put the rosemary into the bowl of a food processor. Lightly toast the cumin seeds in a hot pan for a minute then add to the rosemary.
