Serves 4
1 mango, peeled and stone removed, reserving a small slice, finely diced, for garnishing
10 peeled fresh lychees, or use tinned, reserving one, finely diced, for garnishing
1200ml feijoa vodka
Juice of 1 lime
1 cups lychee juice
1. Put all ingredients in a processor or liquidiser and process for 1 minute or until smooth. Then pour into martini glasses and sprinkle prepared garnish onto each glass.
