KEY POINTS:
Serves 2
250g tub of creme fraiche
4 cannoli (available from gourmet food stores)
4 passionfruit
1 Tbs passionfruit syrup
6-8 strawberries
Icing sugar
1. Spoon creme fraiche into the cannoli. Scoop out the passionfruit and drizzle the fruit and syrup into the cannoli.
2. Remove the stalks from the strawberries and slice. Serve in and alongside the cannoli. Dust with icing sugar.
