He's turning 70 this year, but catching panties and being propositioned is still part of veteran crooner Engelbert Humperdinck's everyday life.
"They proposition me all the time," Humperdinck says. "It is very flattering, and the underwear still gets thrown up on the stage and all that stuff."
Humperdinck, born Arnold George Dorsey, has been married for more than 40 years and has four children. Dubbed the "King of Romance", he admits his fame had been hard on his wife at times.
"I am sure it was hard," said Humperdinck, who once released a line of women's underwear bearing his song lyrics. "But she has handled it very well. We have been married a long time and we are very happy."
