Housewife Eva living dangerously

It's dangerous being a desperate housewife. Eva Longoria, who plays saucy Gabrielle Solis on the television show, was taken to hospital after being injured on the set, her publicist said.

"Eva slipped on one of the stairs coming out of her trailer," spokeswoman Liza Anderson said today. "Nothing is broken, but her ribs are very bruised."

The 31-year-old actress will not require any time off for the injury.
