Paris Hilton has been ordered to stay away from an LA party planner who says she called him a "lazy Mexican" and bombarded him with threatening phone calls.
Promoter Brian Quintana has won a restraining order against the socialite. He says Hilton accused him of trying to get boyfriend Stavros Niarchos to ditch her for his former girlfriend, Mary-Kate Olsen, shoved him three times, and that he lost clients after they received phone calls from Hilton warning them not to do business with him.
He also says she made numerous phone calls threatening his life.
