Poached pics okay Britain's Hello! magazine has won an appeal against a ruling that it should pay rival OK! more than one million pounds for publishing unauthorised photographs of the Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas wedding.
Master of the Rolls, Lord Philips, ruled that Hello!'s publication of the unofficial photographs had not breached OK!'s commercial rights.
Philips also dismissed an appeal by the celebrity couple for an increase in the 14,600 ($38,320) they were awarded by the High Court for breach of privacy.
Hello! printed surreptitious pictures of the pair's November 2000 nuptials while official shots appeared in OK!, which had signed a 1 million ($2.62 million) deal with the couple.
