They added a "serious" tag to the thread in a hope to deter any joke answers clearly looking for some advice they could actually use, reports Daily Mail.

While it was agreed that separate hobbies are vital it is important to show interest in your other half's passions.

For other couples their marriage mantra is simply to have respect for their other half.
