Gwen Stefani to launch limited-edition dolls

LOS ANGELES - Singer Gwen Stefani said today she will bring her trademark rock 'n' roll style to the toy industry with a series of limited-edition dolls, AP news agency reported.

There are eight fashionable dolls in all, and Stefani has dubbed the line Love. Angel. Music. Baby after her first solo album and L.A.M.B. clothing line. The dolls are meant to replicate the colourful looks Stefani sported on her latest world tour.

"The Harajuku Girls and I wore such wicked costumes we had to share them with the world again," Stefani said in a statement.

Each 25-cm doll looks like the platinum-blond rocker or one of her Harajuku Girl dancers and comes with Stefani-inspired collectibles such as posters, pocket mirrors or trading cards.
