Guilt drives Khan's charity work

Jemima Khan has revealed she is filled with guilt over her immense wealth.

She says she has been "dragging" boyfriend Hugh Grant to poor countries around the world to make him "care". Khan says, "I clearly have a very privileged background. Do I have the guilt of the over-privileged? I'd have to say yes. And is it the reason I do charity work? Again I'd have to say yes, in part."
