Grammy Award duets announced

Five-time Grammy winner Madonna will team up with virtual band Gorillaz to open the 48th annual Grammy Awards.

Gorillaz will perform in 3D colour animation, a first for network TV. Other Grammy collaborations this year include U2 and Mary J. Blige, Jamie Foxx and Kanye West, Christina Aguilera and Herbie Hancock, and Faith Hill and Keith Urban. The event will also feature a star-laden tribute to Sly and the Family Stone, and the first performance by Sir Paul McCartney at a Grammys ceremony.
