Serves 8-10
Preparation time: 15 minutes
1 litre quality vanilla icecream
1/2 cup finely chopped glace orange slices or use glace mixed peel
Grated rind 1 orange
2 tbsp orange flavoured liqueur
1 Remove the icecream from the fridge and sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
2 Scoop the icecream into a bowl and carefully blend in the chopped glace orange, orange rind and liqueur. Return to the icecream container and refreeze overnight.
