PROJECT RUNWAY
In a nice piece of timing, this show signs off during New Zealand Fashion Week - although the fashion set might be torn between checking out the Zambesi collection tonight and finding out which designer wins season two.
The stylishly pregnant host, supermodel Heidi Klum, would probably have said auf wiedersehen to lean, mean Santino by now if it wasn't for the fact that he makes for great television.
His arrogant and indulgent monologues to camera, his uncanny impersonations of mentor Tim, his run-ins with the judges, and his sniping at his fellow contestants are all televisual gold.
Santino has made it through to the final three, with Daniel and Chloe. They show their lines at Olympus Fashion week in New York to see who will win US$100,000, a Saturn Sky Roadster and a job with a fashion house.

THE JOAN RIVERS POSITION
There are probably quite a few Brits who needed a good cup of tea and a lie down after Channel Five decided to let loose American comedian Joan Rivers on a talk show.
Rivers is not exactly easy on the ear - she has a renowned sewer-mouth -or the eye, thanks to her well-publicised love of plastic surgery.
On this show, she makes like a ribald, wisecracking agony aunt.
First up is celebrity couple, pop singer Peter Andre - he of the fab abs - and busty wife Jordan, a model loved by the tabloids. Goodness knows why they and guests such as Jerry Hall, Graham Norton, and Jodie Kidd agreed to appear.
The show hit the headlines when Rivers had a huge bust-up with Brigitte Nielsen, using the c-word to describe the former wife of Sly Stallone before telling her to "[expletive] off". That's class.
