Rapper Foxy Brown has been sentenced to three years' probation over a fight with two Manhattan nail salon employees, ending an assault case that dragged on for more than two years.
Brown, real name Inga Marchand, tried to withdraw her guilty plea. "I'm innocent," she told a Manhattan judge, claiming her previous lawyer had told her that she would face jail unless she agreed to the deal.
But the judge said the plea was legitimate and imposed the sentence.
