Hawkins and Wall tied the knot in June 2013 in a romantic, star-studded ceremony in Bali.
They had been a couple eight years prior to that and first met back in 2003, just months before she went on to win the famed Miss Universe beauty pageant.
"We met in a bar, just like anyone," she told Stellar magazine in 2017.
"It was one of those nights I didn't intend going out, and then I went out and I met this guy, and slowly, we started a relationship."
Wall proposed to Hawkins in December 2011 after a seven-year relationship, presenting her with a $200,000, custom-made Nic Cerrone diamond ring.
The loved-up couple have been married for five years before they decided to start a family.
Hawkins and Wall have spoken about how their relationship has strengthened, and admitted it's not always perfect despite their public image.
"That's what happens when you are young and you break up a million times and then you come back together," she also told Stellar.
"We've had a lot of downs, I guess, with Jake's mum passing away and a few things happening in my family, so it hasn't been perfect."
Hawkins stepped down from her role as a Myer ambassador after 12 years last year, and indicated she wanted to have a family one day.
At her final runway show, she told told The Herald Sun: "I'd love to have a family, it's taking the time to look ahead."
"I want to have the time to be able to do that."
The power couple have several business projects they work on together, including their own tequila line called Sesión Premium Tequila, and their property development company, J Group Projects.
