The luxury iceblocks are a joint creation between Fisher & Paykel and Dr Feelgood Frozen Pops. The green layer boasts apple and mint, the white layer is coconut, and the red layer features strawberry, apple and chia seeds.
This year's festival - based at Western Springs Reserve - will offer chef demonstrations, pop-up restaurants, artisan stalls, live music and food-stand samples of delectable goodness for culinary lovers.
Taste of Auckland operates like a restaurant, with a lunch and dinner service.
