If there is one thing you won't "ever" be seeing on Kayla Itsines's social media pages, it's a glimpse into her personal life.
The Australian fitness guru made that crystal clear to her more than 40 million social media followers who have been asking for things outside her repertoire.
The new mum and professional personal trainer was prompted to make the announcement when she asked followers what they would like to see her do more of in the gym.
"I want to quickly reiterate what I said in case you ladies didn't get to watch it. When I asked for requests of what I can film for you in the gym, I got a lot replies about hair and makeup, nursery tours, house tours and a lot more," Kayla began.
"You don't know where I live, what my house looks like, what car I drive, what my makeup routine is, the time my daughter was born or what's in her nursery, because this page isn't about that and never will be.
"Social media is not my life, personal training is my life and I use social media to reach YOU and help YOU."
Itsines, who has built a multimillion-dollar empire off the back of her fitness app, Bikini Body Guides, said there are amazing accounts dedicated to those subjects which she also follows.
"That's their job, but that's not MY job. My job is personal training. I am a fully qualified person trainer who has been doing this for 10 years," she said.
"I provide workouts, workout videos, food ideas, general motivation and most importantly, an app for women @sweat which has everything a woman needs on their health and fitness journey."
The passionate health and fitness guru said she doesn't venture into anything else because "it's not authentic to me and it's not my passion".
"If you want amazing makeup pages, bloggers etc I'm telling you ... they are out there. I know because I follow them, and they are EXPERTS in what they do.
"Follow them for that and follow me if you are a woman who is interested in anything to do with health and fitness. And occasionally special big Greek family moments...!" the Adelaide entrepreneur said.
Her post was met with hundreds of comments and more than 30,000 likes since Thursday morning, with many fans rallying behind her.
"Absolutely!! Love that you don't put your personal stuff out there! Your page is exactly what the majority of us need. Thank you!" one follower wrote.
"Yes I love this about you!! I follow you because of your workouts etc, I do not need to know about the other things. I actually get annoyed with all those influencers who promote a different product each week," said another woman.
"Thanks for your integrity and staying focused!" a third wrote.
Other women went on to commend Itsines for being so honest, raw and committed to her passion, but said they wanted to see more.
"Thank you so much for creating this amazing app. It motivates me to work out more than anything else I've tried, and I feel so much better when I exercise regularly! I would love to see more quick workouts added to the app in the future if that's an upgrade you're looking at," one woman asked.
"I have a request: can you film some workouts for pregnant women please. Is there a pregnancy workout on the app coming soon?"
Since giving birth to her first child Arna Leia Pearce in April last year, Itsines has created a post-pregnancy program, having also created content for exercising women can do during pregnancy.
But she is yet to release an official program.
"I did look at creating a pregnancy program as I KNOW this is something that you ladies would like, however, I care too much about you all to release a one size fits all pregnancy program," Itsines said after many requested more pregnancy content.
One follower asked how she got her six-pack after a C-section so quick, referring to the image she shared alongside her lengthy post.
