Craig Ferns was one of the more than 10,000 gym junkies who turned out to the New Zealand Fitness Expo in Auckland at the weekend.
Ferns is pictured showing off his calisthenics moves at the ASB Showgrounds in Greenlane.
Athletes from across all fitness and strength disciplines - crossfit, arm wrestling, and power-lifting to mention a few - took part in competitions and demonstrations.
There were more than 100 exhibits, with fitness classes, seminars and product stands on show.
Event co-ordinator Jono Ridler from Exhibitions and Events New Zealand said it was a "high-energy event" in every sense of the word.
