The Duchess of York launched her latest commercial venture yesterday by appearing on a US shopping channel.
It saw her promote a high-tech blender which she credited for helping her ditch her "fat frumpy Fergie" image, as she candidly discussed her past weight battles in the demonstration on QVC.
Risking renewed accusations of cashing in on her royal connections, the 55-year-old praised the £38.32 (NZD$91) Fusion Xcelerator blender, which is also promoted on her Duchess Discoveries website. The duchess, who has previously endorsed a range of products to US shoppers, will appear on QVC several more times.
