Fast food worker accepts lift from stranger and gets amazing gift

A Texas community has rallied to buy a new car for a man who faced walking miles to work every day in sweltering heat.

Kind-hearted Andy Mitchell saw the man walking along the road on a hot summer's day and stopped to offer him a lift.

According to the Telegraph, Justin Korva, who works at a taco fast food restaurant, explained the trek he faced getting to work every day without a car.

"Meet my friend Justin!" Mitchell posted on Facebook. "I picked this boy up this AM and gave him a ride to work at Taco Casa. He told me he walks 3 miles [4.8km] to work and home every day.

"To all the people that say they want to work but can't find a job or don't have a vehicle all I can say is you don't want it bad enough!"

The post resulted in hundreds of people donating to help the young man, and the money was used to buy him a new car, insurance and petrol.

I can't say how thankful I am for the outpouring of donations for justin. Sammie and I purchased this car this morning...
