Fashion designer Alfred Fiandaca has died at the age of 72.
Fiandaca passed away in New York on Saturday after suffering a stroke.
His designs were worn by a number of notable stars including Audrey Hepburn, Dame Julie Andrews and Anita Baker.
Fiandaca was also famous for dressing the wives of politicians,
He created outfits for Nancy Reagan and was favoured by Ann Romney during her husband Mitt's bid for the US presidency last year.
