HIGH TIDE: THIGH AND OVER-THE-KNEE HIGH BOOTS

Stuart Weitzman has a lot to answer for, the footwear icon re-releasing its popular Highland boot once again this season, in leather or suede. But how do you wear these contraptions if you're not a leggy Gigi Hadid traipsing around Soho? The thigh-high does double duty, offering perfect all-over coverage, peeking out from underneath A-line skirts and dresses with a nod to the 70s, that era that keeps on giving; as well as over jeans for added warmth.
