Fairytales are made of this... Keisha Castle-Hughes in angel wings carrying her tutu-clad daughter Felicity-Amore down the runway at Trelise Cooper Kids.
The two-and-a-half-year-old was meant to be one of the youngest models on a runway covered in book pages torn from children's stories, but instead she decided on the comfort of mum's arms, after feeling a little over-awed by the occasion.
A proud Castle-Hughes said afterwards: "She looks like a little rock star."
So too did the other little girls being picked up by their mothers backstage, where jelly beans had been used to keep up the tots' energy levels up.
This is the fourth-year Cooper has shown her mini-me range, which provides adorable party wear for little princesses.
The show is one of the few at Fashion Week that guarantees spontaneous applause and smiles.
It manages to be cute without feeling contrived thanks to the unpredictably of the child models and their unaffected appearance.
Sure their hair is gussied up and a little glitter applied to cheeks, but wearing little boots and leggings under layers of tulle they can skip along freely.
Some shuffle shyly, others stride confidently.
One little girl tripped and Petra Bagust's mum, Judi, stepped forward from the frontrow to help her on her way.
Trelise's angels stood along the runway to help encourage the little ones along.
They were clad in the cutest collection, including a henny penny cotton print, the wearer of which waved a little feather.
Frocks in pink and lemon with applique flowers, tulle skirts and velvet coats, some with the sequin bow detail on the back that is a Trelise signature.
A mini leather-look biker jacket came in peach and black. This show delivered big on the 'Aww' factor.
It's a busy time for Cooper, not only has she held two huge womenswear show and the Kids parade, but she's also been on-site at the Habitat for Humanity house construction at Viaduct Harbour.
She's a key supporter of the project to finish a home in a week for a family in need.
It will be transported tomorrow after more women volunteers join in to get the job done.
Next week, she launches her debut perfume.
