Federation's sponsor, a paint company, got their money's worth with best product placement of the week.
To the tune of Paint It Black, a white backdrop with the brand's logo, started to drip with black paint, throughout the show primary colours trickled down, splashing the floor.
Models, with their fingers dipped in paint strode forth in the casualwear company's mix of distressed denims, sweats, plaids, Ts and knits.
Hope the paint was water-based. It was a cool distraction.
The clothes were a good mix for the youth market, but largely mined familiar territory, with dressed denim and giant laying tops.
The fresher items were drawstring gathers on little dresses, a bobbly mustard knit and dropped waist suit and track pants for the boys.
Mattress ticking black and white stripes were used in skinny pants and leatherette was used in a couple of garments. The pale denim we've seen a bit of this week showed up too.
