Trend report: Luxe velvet

Luxe velvet in neutrals (beige, black) or bright jewel tones (electric blue, vivid red, fuschia) were seen in various shows over the week.  Yvonne Bennetti (left), Cybele (centre) and Hailwood all did velvet dresses.

Velvet coats and jackets were also seen all over the place - Yvonne Bennetti was one designer in particular whose collection included many stunning velvet pieces.
