This brindle staffordshire-cross puppy carries a warning: very lovable but naughty too.
Animal attendant at the SPCA's Animal Village in Mangere, Rhonda Shirley, says this 10-week-old pup will need firm but fair treatment as she will push the boundaries.
"She needs to know who's the boss."
The playful female pup will definitely need obedience training, she says.
A stray, she was found in Blockhouse Bay by a member of the public, who brought her in on December 8.
She will grow to a medium size.
The SPCA has about seven puppies available for adoption.
This puppy's village number is 69525.
* Pride, the black and white cat featured on Friday, was adopted that day by a family from Green Bay.
* Each day over the holiday period the Herald is featuring a pet that needs an owner.
