The Maga influencer contacts world’s richest man, claiming he has only met their alleged 5-month-old baby three times.
Elon Musk is being sued over the custody of a son he allegedly had with a Maga influencer last year, according to a report.
Ashley St Clair, a 26-year-old author, filed a petition for sole legal custody of the infant child with the New York Supreme Court on February 21, People magazine reported.
St Clair claimed last week that she and Musk, 53, had a 5-month-old child and reprimanded the world’s richest man for failing to respond to her.
She wrote on X: “Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.
“I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.”

She later added: “Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded”.
In the custody petition, St Clair claims that Musk was not there for the birth of the child, who was named R.S.C, and that the SpaceX owner has had “no involvement in his care or upbringing” after only meeting him three times.
She is reported to have also filed a paternity petition in order to prove that the billionaire is the father.
The custody petition states that the pair’s alleged romantic relationship began in “about May 2023”, and that R.S.C was conceived when the two had intercourse in January 2024.
Musk appeared to acknowledge custody of the child in an exchange of text messages, which is said to be between the pair, that was included in the petition.
Pictures of the text exchange, and an image of Musk holding a blurred-out baby, were also published in the court filing, in which the Tesla chief seems to be addressing concerns that he may be assassinated.

St Clair claims that Musk met his son for the first time on September 21, and spent two hours with him, and another hour the next day.
She alleges that Musk texted her on November 24, saying: “I want to knock you up again”.
The billionaire, who has admitted to being “obsessed” with the plight of falling birth rates, was alleged to have told her three months later: “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make”.
St Clair claims the last time Musk saw R.S.C was for half an hour on November 30.
According to Brian Glicklich, St Clair’s representative, the Maga influencer “filed paternity and custody petitions to protect the best interests of her child”.
“She has made every effort to collaborate with Mr Musk before taking this step,” he added.
Last Thursday local time, Grimes, a Canadian electropop musician with whom Musk has three children, publicly pleaded with him on X to stop “ignoring” one child’s “medical crisis”.
“Plz respond about our child’s medical crisis. I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention,” she wrote.
Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, added: “If you don’t want to talk to me can you please designate or hire someone who can so that we can move forward on solving this. This is urgent, Elon.”
