New York City commuters have taken drastic measures in transporting their precious pooches, after the city banned dogs from riding the subway unless they fit inside a bag.
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority mandates: "No person may bring any animal on or into any conveyance or facility unless enclosed in a container and carried in a manner which would not annoy other passengers."
