Leonardo DiCaprio, star of The Aviator, the film that goes into the Oscars armed with the most nominations, will present one of the coveted statuettes, organisers said. The 30-year-old is nominated for best actor for his role as eccentric American billionaire Howard Hughes in Martin Scorsese’s biopic. It will be DiCaprio’s first appearance as a presenter. He shot to stardom for his role in the 1997 epic Titanic.
