Diabetes highlighted with Vandross's greatest hits release

A year after the death of R&B artist Luther Vandross, his mother is using the release of his greatest hits and a new survey to highlight the dangers of diabetes and urge people to get a medical checkup.

Vandross died last year, aged 54, of complications caused by diabetes.
