It's been labelled the 'dessert game changer' - and we tend to agree.
Sydney's Bar Luca have taken the old 'Macca's fries and soft serve' combo, and created their own version called the 'Blame FriesCream'.
The jewel in this Australian dessert poutine is the 'Blame Canada' icecream, which consists of vanilla icecream, smoked beefy caramel, maple bacon, parmesan, dark chocolate covered potato chips and maple marshmallow.
Poutine is a Canadian dish, made with french fries and cheese curds topped with a light brown gravy.
"We wanted to do a spin on the poutine, and used inspiration from our biggest selling burger, the 'BlameCanada', which contains a Wagyu beef paddy, American cheddar, maple bacon, poutine and maple aioli" co-owner and head chef, Sarah Robbins said.
