It's been labelled the 'dessert game changer' - and we tend to agree.
Sydney's Bar Luca have taken the old 'Macca's fries and soft serve' combo, and created their own version called the 'Blame FriesCream'.
The jewel in this Australian dessert poutine is the 'Blame Canada' icecream, which consists ofvanilla icecream, smoked beefy caramel, maple bacon, parmesan, dark chocolate covered potato chips and maple marshmallow.
Poutine is a Canadian dish, made with french fries and cheese curds topped with a light brown gravy.
"We wanted to do a spin on the poutine, and used inspiration from our biggest selling burger, the 'BlameCanada', which contains a Wagyu beef paddy, American cheddar, maple bacon, poutine and maple aioli" co-owner and head chef, Sarah Robbins said.
"We haven't seen a dessert poutine before, except for the Maccas and soft serve combo of course!"
With some calling the treat a 'dessert poutine', Sarah and her husband James hope that FriesCream become the "next big thing".
"It went on the menu last night, and we have only sold three or four so far. But everyone who has tried it has loved it," Mrs Robbins said.
"Our reach from our social media post was about 53,000 in less than three or four hours.
"We are going to bring in variations, and working on a few other flavour ideas as well. We have a peanut butter and jelly burger -- so we are thinking of mixing that in as a dessert poutine as well."
