Restaurateur Judith Tabron, designer Trelise Cooper, and the New Zealand Herald's Viva team are more used to designing clothes, menus and magazines.
But they became set designers for a day, creating unique window displays for Urban Loft, Briscoes' upmarket homewares store, which opens on Wednesday.
Cooper created a lavish boudoir, Tabron a stylish banquette setting featuring a giant fishbowl and Viva a New York 60s party scene. The sets will be on display in the store windows at 36-42 Customs St East for the rest of the month.
