David Beckham has been voted the best naked celebrity.

The hunky soccer star - who has four children, Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 10, Cruz, eight, and 19-month-old Harper with wife Victoria - topped a poll of famous guys who have stripped for the cameras.

David grabbed first place thanks to his semi-naked Armani and H&M advertising campaigns. He beat Hollywood heartthrob Robert Pattinson into second place, who was named for his racy scenes in Cosmopolis.

A surprise entry was Piers Morgan who came third due to his 2009 advert for Burger King to promote a scent called Flame in which he appeared naked other than a velvet rug covering his manhood.

The nationwide UK vote was carried out by WinkBingo.com as celebration of their campaign with Dream Idols, Europe's biggest male glamour group.

Mickey Elimelech - head of 888.com's Wink Bingo - is "surprised" at the top three, but agrees the tattooed sportsman should be number one.

Mickey said: "We agree that Beckham is a huge front runner in the strip tease department. Wink Bingo is all about giving you a little bit of what you fancy, but we must admit that Piers Morgan was surprise."

The top five is rounded off by screen star Michael Fassbender, who bared all as a sex addict in his film Shame, followed by Speedo-wearing Olympic diver Tom Daley.
