NSW Police have been left "shaking their heads" over a risky gender reveal after a clip from the party was shared online.
It was meant to be the special moment two excited parents learnt the gender of their unborn baby.
But after choosing to discover the sex of their child with a car "burnout" — a dad-to-be ended up losing his car and putting the lives of others at risk.
A man's car was confiscated by NSW Police over the allegedly dangerous burnout in Silverdale, west of Sydney last Sunday, which saw blue smoke fill a quiet cul-de-sac.
While the blue meant the couple were having a boy, their neighbours seemed less than impressed by the noisy scenario — that completely blocked visibility in the street.
