Would you like a perfume with that burger?
Fashion designer Trelise Cooper is launching a new fragrance - and she's enlisted the help of Kiwi Dave, the face of the Wendy's burger chain.
The new fragrance is due to be released later this month.
Speaking to the Herald on Sunday from Hong Kong, Cooper said she was planning a fashion week launch.
Though Cooper has not yet revealed what scents the fragrance will be comprised of, it seems unlikely that fried beef and onions will be among them.
Details are embargoed until Fashion Week, which begins on September 21, but Cooper confirmed she was working with Dave Vousden on the project.
Best known as the face of hamburger chain Wendy's for the past 15 years, Vousden has a background in pharmaceuticals and introduced evening primrose oil to New Zealand.
He also works with special needs children at a school in West Auckland.
