A Pennsylvania couple believe Jesus was watching over their child inside the womb after they spotted his image in a pregnancy ultrasound.
On the left side of Alicia Zeek's sonogram, the outline of a bearded man appears to be looking towards the unborn child fathered by her partner Zac Smith.
After the mother's previous two births were marred by complications, the newest addition to the family - Briella - was born healthy on Wednesday and the couple called the figure in the picture a blessing.

Talking to Fox, Miss Zeek said: "When they gave it to us, um, to me it's Jesus."
The couple's first child was born with two thumbs on one hand and their second was born with a cleft palate in a complicated birth, and talking before the birth of Briella, Mr Smith was adamant the image of Jesus was a sign, reports the Daily Mail.
Although they are not particularly religious, he said: 'The angel or God or Jesus, however you want to propose it, I look at it as my blessing.
'When I seen it, it almost brought tears to my eyes. I was speechless, I just couldn't believe it.'
