Cage to remake Neil LaBute thriller

Nicolas Cage is to star in a remake of the classic 1973 thriller The Wicker Man to be directed by Neil LaBute.

The movie revolves around a sheriff who investigates the disappearance of a young girl on a remote island off the coast of Maine.

The movie will begin production on July 15 in Vancouver.
