A smiling Ash could be seen covering her mouth with excitement as it didn't take long for another single to join her Bunnings quest for a partner.
"So we have a beautiful guy called Sid and a beautiful girl, two singles in aisle 19, come and meet them they look like beautiful people," the employee announced.
The video has been viewed more than 160,000 times, with people saying it is definitive proof that "Bunnings is the new Tinder".
"They selling everything at Bunnings," one person wrote, while another asked: "Why doesn't my Bunnings do this?"
Others said they wanted their local Bunnings to "hurry up and organise a singles day", while one person revealed their relative had actually met someone at the hardware store.
"My cousin and his now wife met at Bunnings."
There's no word yet on whether Sid or Ash's call out for a partner at Bunnings has had any success yet, but we will bring you any updates as soon as they come to hand.
Ash isn't the only single person looking for love at the hardware store, with NSW local Leesh Cunningham going viral after she too took her hunt for a boyfriend to Bunnings.
In the TikTok video, Leesh can been seen walking Bunnings' aisles with a sign that reads: "Wanted!!! Looking for a husband! Can you help?"
She even at one point asked a Bunnings employee if there were any men in stock.
Despite proving unlucky in store, Leesh has since received plenty of offers from other men – including some that have been rather X-rated.
"My DMs [direct messages] have absolutely been blowing up, I've honestly lost count," she told news.com.au.
"So many weirdos too and they're all over confident 50+ year olds so no luck so far."
