The menu is wide-ranging and caters well for those who are gluten-free or just wanting to eat healthier, with dishes such as the Fitness Bowl (grilled halloumi, avocado, orange, tahini dressing, nuts and poached egg), the Energizer (smoked salmon, avocado, cottage cheese, pumpernickel and pickled beetroot) and Paleo (poached eggs, bacon, rocket, avocado, green goddess dressing and shiitake mushrooms). There's also a range of healthy salads in the cabinet. But don't worry, you can ruin it all by sneaking something from the glorious cake cabinet for afters.
The look is white - and more white. And it works - the cafe feels clean, fresh and sparkly.
The food is as good as it sounds. We ordered the fitness bowl ($18.50), which is goodness from start to finish - from the tumeric roasted nuts, to the creamy tahini dressing and the crispy halloumi.
We loved it. We also went for the weekend bene with bacon, romesco sauce, spinach and hollandaise ($19), which was very good. There are a range of breads to choose from and we tried the Midnight Baker wheat-free bread for an extra $1. It was worth it.
